We make a concerted effort to send out your certificates within a five-week period after you have completed the course. However, please be advised that there may be unforeseen delays caused by the awarding bodies or the postal system. As a result, we recommend that our customers utilize this service to check their CITB certificates. To avail of this service, kindly provide the following details: 

– Surname & Individual ID/Registration Number 

– Surname & National Insurance Number 

– Date of Birth & Individual ID/Registration Number 

– Date of Birth & National Insurance Number 

Upon submission of these details, you will be directed to a page with three tabs: Memberships, HS&E Tests, and Courses. Click on the Courses tab to view a comprehensive list of your qualifications. You may take a screen-print on your phone or laptop as a testament to your certification.
