Our pass assurance scheme is in accordance with the relevant awarding bodies. This means candidates can retake failed courses if they do not meet the required standard in the examinations. We understand that retaking a course can be difficult, so we strive to keep re-sit fees as low as possible. At SKILLSLEARNING, we only charge a small admin fee to cover the cost of registration. 

We have confidence in our courses and our tutors. All of our health and safety training tutors are accredited by leading bodies, so we are sure that you will pass the course on your first attempt with us.

The SKILLSLEARNING Pass Assurance Policy puts your mind at ease while concentrating on your studies.

The SKILLSLEARNIING Pass Assurance only applies if the following criteria are met in line with scheme rules:

• The candidate is accepted onto the course by SKILLS LEARNING.
• The candidate takes a full and active part in the course and completes any tasks/projects/exercises set.
• The candidate meets the required standard in all tutor–marked assessments and exams.

If necessary, the delegate will be responsible for paying the exam fees for any additional attempts.

Fees

Please note that all fees must be paid in advance. Course materials will not be dispatched until the payment has been received. While the fees mentioned in our publication are accurate, SKILLSLEARNING reserves the right to change them at any time.

If you cancel a confirmed booking, a fee of £50 will be applied for administration purposes. Please note that once the course materials are dispatched, we cannot provide any refunds.
